This is how the puppet tool works. It is often better to not use it at all, and instead use deformation effects, or rig the shapes if you're on CC2018, or devide the tail into several layers, and accept that it will look more like traditionnal cut-out animation... But it's not impossible to get bett...

Hi,

The "Connector" in Duik 16 replaces the morh tool, it's quite similar, but I don't think there already is a tutorial about it.

PS: on the download page of Duik, there IS a link to get any older version, from 1 to 16...

The bug has been fixed, and Duik 16.0.2 with the fix was released today! Note: during the night of July 12th to 13th, our database server crashed and some users saw this "line 23183 XML" error because the server could not be able to tell Duik correctly if there were new updates. Yes, with this technique the precomp itself will act like the master controller.

I don't know if it has a signigicant impact on performance, I don't think so!

Just create bones on the pins (like in previous versions of Duik), then parent the newly created bones to the structures, and you're done ;)

Hum... This is unexpected, sorry. It's due to a network error when Duik checks on our server if there is a new version. You can try to temporarilly disconnect from the internet just the time needed to launch Duik, it should fix the error. Then, try again later, and let us know if the same error happ...

Hi, Theoratically, yes, but it may involve a few expressions (and unlocking the scale on the structures by removing the expression) depending on what tools were used to rig the structures. Anyway, it would be easier than in Duik 15. BUT, two things you need to know: 1- I'm still working on this, and...
