There are no bones in the hair layer. There are bones in the head layer. How do I attach the hair to the head, so that it moves with the head?

I've gone back and started again... as soon as I add bones to the head, the hair artwork does not follow the head... what am I doing wrong?

To animate, I'm using the puppet tool>bones>structure. Auto walk-cycle - change pace?

I've played with both the General Motion and the Walk Speed parameters in the walk cycle settings, but neither seem to change the PACE of the walk. Not distance traveled, but STEPS PER MINUTE (or second). They seem to change the length of the step. I want to slow down the RATE of steps... how can I ...
