when i try to rigging another arm and this will happend :(((

Did you figure this out yet? If not, I learned that you have to rename each pin, otherwise the new bone tries to link to duplicate names. So, rename (using Duik's rename button) the original names Puppet Pin 1, Puppet Pin 2, etc to new things, like Left_Wrist, Left_Elbow and Right_Wrist, Right_Elbow and so on. Hope that helped!
